Thank you for choosing Guruji Services, an independent multi-brand technical service provider. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our terms regarding service cancellations and financial refunds for repairs and maintenance.
Note: We operate as an independent technical hub. We are NOT an authorized service center of any brand. All policies mentioned here apply to our private technical network.
1. Visiting & Diagnosis Charges
A standard Visiting and Technical Inspection Fee (ranging from ₹299 to ₹500 depending on appliance type) is mandatory once a technician arrives at your location. This fee covers technical assessment, travel logistics, and time.
Non-Refundable: This charge is strictly non-refundable once the technician has reached the doorstep, even if the repair is not pursued by the customer.
2. Refund Policy (Service & Labor)
Post-Service: Once a repair is completed, tested in your presence, and payment is settled, no refunds will be provided for labor charges.
Service Warranty: If the same fault recurs within 24–48 hours, we provide a free follow-up visit. Claims must be raised via our official helpline: 9625295657.
3. Spare Parts & Technical Components
Payments for spare parts (Compressors, PCBs, Motors, etc.) and technical consumables (Gas Refilling) are final once installed/recharged.
Warranty on parts is subject to the manufacturer’s terms or our specific hub warranty (if mentioned in the invoice).
For gas charging: While we perform Nitrogen leak testing, we do not issue refunds for future leaks caused by aging internal copper pipelines or external physical damage.
4. Cancellation Terms
Before Dispatch: You may cancel or reschedule your booking at no cost up to 2 hours before the scheduled slot.
In-Transit Cancellation: If a technician is already in transit or has reached your area, a cancellation fee (equivalent to the visiting charge) will be applicable.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
In rare cases where an advance payment was made for a part that could not be sourced, a refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 working days after management approval.
